Floor Sawing
Complete Concrete Cutting can quickly and precisely cut flat
surfaces such as floors, suspended slabs, roofs, bridge decks
and roadways to a depth of 600mm with diamond-tipped blades.
This can be achieved by using hand held or walk behind
equipment powered either by hydraulic, diesel or electric.
Our flat saw range from 8 to 84 horsepower.
Hand Sawing
Complete Concrete Cutting use hand sawing where there is limited access with insufficient room for floor sawing.
It could be Pool Surroundings, Garden Shed Slabs and Square
Kerbs, Pathways and Channelling. The Hand Saw cuts to a
maximum depth of 250mm.
Wall Sawing
Hand and Track Mounted Diamond Wall Saws are used for horizontal and vertical surfaces, creating precise, clean cuts. Wall sawing will give you the smoothest finish cutting down on installation time of windows and louvers. You will have more flexibility for those usual shapes and sizes. Complete Concrete Cutting blade sizes range from 700mm to 2.5 metres cutting to a depth of up to 1 metre.
Core Drilling
Core drilling using diamond bits can drill holes from 12mm to 1000mm diameter. We can drill on an angle, plumb or level, above/below ground even underwater. Applications are: roofs, ceilings, bridges, walls, tunnels also road surfaces. Core Drilling can also be used for rerouting cables, pipes and wires helping in renovations or new constructions.
